Henderson Health Care Foundation celebrated another year of GOLF: Growing Our Legacy by Faith. On August 1st, 18 teams gathered at Fox Hollow Golf Course in Sutton for a beautiful day on the course. Two weeks later, 20 teams assembled at Galaway Creek Golf Course in Henderson with a mission to shoot low and support Henderson Health Care. Collectively, the tournaments raised $30,000 for the Henderson Health Care Foundation.
The events featured spirited competition and fun activities throughout the courses. Highlights included:
Sutton
Championship Flight Winner: Tristan Sheridan, Bryan Roemmich, Lance Gemar, and Jon Zoucha claimed top honors in the championship flight.
Putting Contest Champion: Megan Steinhauer knocked in the putt to secure the putting contest title.
Cash Raffle Winner: Tara Schmidt took home the $500 cash prize.

Championship Flight Winner: Dr. James Ohrt, Doak Ostergard, Jackson Fairchild, and Jayson Brueggemann claimed top honors in the championship flight.
Putting Contest Champion: Gary Steingard showcased steady hands and skill to secure the putting contest title.
Cash Raffle Winner: Julie Nelson of the Olson Group took home the $500 cash prize.
In addition to traditional golf play, participants enjoyed unique on-course games such as Plinko and even the creative use of a “licorice rope” to improve their score.
“We’re so grateful for the continuous support from our communities, our sponsors, and of course, our volunteers,” said Carli Reiners, HHCF Executive Director. “Events like this are a powerful reminder of how much people care about ensuring quality healthcare close to home.”
